Isaiah 1:22 Your silver has become dross,
    your choice wine is diluted with water.
23 Your rulers are rebels,
    partners with thieves;
they all love bribes
    and chase after gifts.
They do not defend the cause of the fatherless;
    the widow’s case does not come before them.

24 Therefore the Lord, the Lord Almighty,    the Mighty One of Israel, declares:
“Ah! I will vent my wrath on my foes
    and avenge myself on my enemies.( NIV)

           As if inflation and corruption in government weren’t enough, there is also the prevalence of thieves stealing wherever and whenever they cab without fear of punishment. What are we to do? Keep our meager resources close, sit in the dark with a gun in hand, buy a vicious dog? None fo these will ever stop the absolutely reprehensible people, and I use the term loosely, who invade our phones, your computers, your televisions and any other means by which they can copy, scan, steal and generally make life a living hell for those who are, as I find myself today, victims of their innate rottenness of soul. (Yes, I’m fuming.) My first instinct is to visit Old Testament law upon these pathetic rotten individuals.

            However, upon reflection, I am going to take the words of my Lord to heart and pray for these swindling, lawless, hollow hearted people. (Is it wrong to be secretly gleeful when I see them suffer with awareness of their separation from God? Romans 12:20)
