Finding God in the Mystery of every day

Leviticus 19:15 You shall do no injustice in judgement; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly. (NASB)

A strange and horrifying thing has taken place in American jurisprudence. Civil courts seem to have supplanted the law courts as the rule, rather than the final recourse. Understandably, it is a response to the absolute failure of the law itself as it seems to have been stretched beyond all understanding, no doubt, by well- meaning individuals.

The verse above is clear enough, but a further reading and meditation of this often overlooked, but extremely important chapter will no doubt give you insight into God’s heart of compassion for all people.
