1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. (NASB)

From the very beginning the enemy of God, whom we call Satan, which means accuser, has used deception and confusion to bring down God’s “crown of creation”, humankind, in order to hurt and attack the very core of who God is. He has done his work well. It seems that now every time I look outside of my own protected little world I hear or see some moronic fool singing Satan’s mantra; “Did God really say?”

With the recent decision by the US Supreme court to overturn a so called “precedent” in place for fifty years the whole world seems to have gone into some sort of psychotic episode. The issue of unwanted pregnancy and the lust people seem to freely exercise have not really hit an impasse. What the government has said is that it’s not the problem of the federal government to regulate. They believe it should be left to the states.

So, why the hysteria? If you really want to know, I believe that the problems, vis, riots, vandalism, rampant crime, are all the result of “Far too many people with far too little to do.” Our worst nightmares become reality and we are left looking and acting like fools.

So, what’s the remedy for all this chaos? There is none. Only Jesus can put things right. Little by little, heart by heart, and finally the end when all unrighteousness is brought to heel and His own are taken up to be with Him forever.
