            When all the family as gone home, and all the holiday trappinga are put away it can be a wonderful moment to stop and meditate on the presence of Godin our feasting and celebration. I was gratified this year to have a large percentage of family present to share a meal and to interact with one another. At the same time it was just as wonderful in the aftermath to get alone with God my Father and to listen to His voice as he helped me sort out all of the feelings and things I had felt and experienced over the last several days.

            Originally, I wanted to share an image of a rocking chair in a sunlit corner, but I came across this picture in my search and it struck me that that is exactly how I am feeling today. I want to say thank you Lord.
