Finding God in the Mysteries of every day

Romans 8:1There is therefor now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

What does it mean to “be in Christ Jesus”? Simply this. It is akin to coming in out of the rain and storm. I was often accused of “not knowing enough to come in out of the rain.” To come in to Jesus is to come out of the storms of life. In Him the storms may rage around you, but you have come to the shelter of a loving God Whose plans for you are for good and not harm.

Are you out in the rain and storm looking for shelter? Are you a victim of your own flawed thinking, emotions gone awry, appetites enflamed? Call out to Him. He will come quickly, He will welcome you, and He will lead you “in the way everlasting.
